Hello and a warm welcome.
My path into holistic healing began in 2009 when i was diagnosed with breast cancer. That experience awakened something deep within me-a calling to explore healing on all levels: body, mind, and spirit. I was the beginning of a path that would ultimately guide me toward the work i do today.

My path into holistic healing began in 2009 when i was diagnosed with breast cancer. That experience awakened something deep within me-a calling to explore healing on all levels: body, mind, and spirit. I was the beginning of a path that would ultimately guide me toward the work i do today.
My professional path into holistic healing took root in 2021 in the heart of Pennsylvania, where i had the job of working alongside some incredible, like-minded women who helped shape my journey into reflexology. In 2023, life led me south to beautiful South Carolina, where i found my new home at Lotus & Sage-a nurturing space filled with strong, soulful women and a deep sense of community.
I believe healing begins with connection-connection to our bodies, our energy, and the rhythms of the natural world. I take time during each client's first visit to share what reflexology is and how it can support their well-being, inside and out. My approach is intuitive and heart-centered, allowing each session to unfold in a way that's unique to the person in front of me.
In 2024, I became a Reiki Master and began blending Reiki with Reflexology to create a deeply grounding and energetically restorative experience. This combination helps clients reconnect with themselves and find balance on all levels-physical, emotional, and energetic.

My touch is intentional, my energy is tuned in, and my mission is to support your healing from the inside out. I blend the ancient wisdom of reflexology with the gentle yet powerful flow of Reiki to help restore harmony in your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your inner light.
At the core of my work is the belief that your body holds wisdom, your energy holds stories, and healing happens when we make space to listen.
